This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit nexusprima.org or contact Nexus Prima through the email address displayed on that website.
It applies only to the main Nexus Prima website. The Nexus Prima Journal, Nexus Prima Systems and Yann Leoty websites have, or will have, separate privacy information reflecting their own purposes and data-processing activities.
2. Who is responsible for your personal data?
Nexus Prima is a civilisational initiative founded by Yann Leoty. For the publication and administration of the main Website, the data controller is:

3. Personal data we process
3.1 When you visit the website
The website does not currently provide user accounts, forms, comments, payments or newsletter registration. However, its hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including:
- your Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- the approximate location derived from your IP address;
- browser, device and operating-system information;
- the pages or resources requested;
- the date and time of a request;
- referring-page information; and
- diagnostic, performance and security logs.
Nexus Prima does not use this information to identify individual visitors, build advertising profiles or track visitors across unrelated websites.
3.2 When you contact us
If you contact Nexus Prima by email, we may process:

- your organisation, role or other professional information, if you provide it;
- the content of your message and any attachments; and
- any other information you voluntarily provide.
Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary for your request.
4. Why we process personal data

Providing information by email is voluntary. If you do not provide a return address or information sufficient to understand your request, Nexus Prima may be unable to respond. Limited technical data is processed automatically when you request the website because it is necessary to deliver and secure the service.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
As of the effective date above, nexusprima.org does not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. Nexus Prima therefore does not display a cookie-consent banner on the main website.
If analytics, embedded media, advertising or other technologies requiring information or consent are introduced, this Privacy Policy and the website’s consent mechanism will be updated before those technologies are activated.
6. Who may receive personal data?
Personal data may be accessible only where necessary to:
- Yann Leoty and any person specifically authorised to support Nexus Prima;
- Vercel, Inc., which provides website hosting, content delivery and security infrastructure;
- the service provider used to receive and store email communications;
- professional advisers, where necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations; or
- courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other public authorities when disclosure is legally required.
Nexus Prima does not sell or rent personal data and does not disclose it for third-party advertising.
Vercel may also process certain service-generated information for its own legitimate operational, security and compliance purposes, as explained in Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
7. International data transfers
Website-hosting, content-delivery and email providers may process data outside France or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where the GDPR requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant provider and/or Nexus Prima will rely on an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with supplementary safeguards where required.

8. Security
Nexus Prima applies reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the limited nature of the processing described in this Policy. These measures include encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access to administrative systems and reliance on established infrastructure providers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal-data breach creates a risk requiring notification under applicable law, Nexus Prima will notify the relevant authority and affected individuals as required.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive data you provided in a portable format where the right to data portability applies; and

Nexus Prima does not use the personal data covered by this Policy for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

The website contains links to other websites, including Nexus Prima Journal and Nexus Prima Systems. Their data practices may differ. When you follow a link, the privacy information applicable to the destination website governs its processing activities.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, its providers or applicable legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
